摘要
锂离子电池的极柱结构有平面型和螺纹型,螺纹型结构极柱面积较小,充放电设备的输出端无法完全接触到电池极柱,因此需要引入转接头扩充电池极柱面积,保证设备和电池接触良好。转接头使用频率高,容易被污染,需要频繁清洗。由于数量众多,转接头的螺纹结构不易彻底清洗,所以手工清洗效率低、效果差。超声波清洗转接头效率高,清洗彻底,可大量推广。本文介绍超声波清洗转接头的原理、参数选择,并给出结构设计及清洗效果。
Column structure of lithium-ion batteries has a thread model and plane model.Because the thread type of column area is lesser,the output of the charing and discharging equipment cannot access to the battery polo column.Connector is needed to extend battery pole column area,to ensure good contact.Connector is used in lithium-ion bat?teries in charing and discharging process.Because the connector use frequency is high,easy to be polluted,so we need to frequent cleaning.Manual cleaning efficiency is low and the effcct is poor,because of numerous and thread structure not to wash easily.Ultrasonic cleaning can be promoted a large number,because of high efficiency and clean thoroughly.In this paper,the principle,parameter selection,structure design and cleaning effect of ultrasonic cleaning adapter were introduced.
