In the coal mine enterprise,the contactor plays an important role in the operation of the equipment.However,in the actual operation process,due to the impact of various factors,it often leads to the failure of the electric control box contactor,which threatens the security of the system.This paper introduced the electric control box contactor,the application of electric control box contactor in coal mine roadheader,and analyzed the common faults and countermeasures of the coal mine tunneling mechanical and electrical control box contactor,which is of great significance and function to improve the operation safety of the electrical and mechanical control box contactor.
