联合支护技术在高埋深大断面岩巷中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 新乡能源有限公司赵固二矿底板措施巷及其周边的胶带运输大巷均处在复杂的高埋深高应力环境中,围岩强度差,采用锚网索+36U钢棚支护难以控制围岩的变形。采用工程类比方法,提出对底板措施巷联合支护技术,即锚网索一次支护,紧跟迎头36U钢棚二次支护并喷砼封闭围岩,滞后对围岩进行注浆。现场实践证明,支护后90d,围岩两帮收缩最大变形不超过50mm,变形速率接近0,减少了矿井巷道的失修率,取得了较好的效果。 The floor measures roadway and its surrounding belt conveyor roadway of Zhaogu No.2coal mine of Xinxiang energy Co.Ltd.are in complex high depth and high stress environment,the strength of surrounding rock is poor,it is difficult to control the deformation of surrounding rock by using anchor wire rope+36U steel shed support.Based on the engineering analogy method,this paper put forward the combined support technology of the floor measures roadway,namely a supporting anchor wire rope,followed head-on36U steel shed supporting and secondary spray concrete closed rock,lag of surrounding rock grouting.Field practice proved that support after90days,the biggest contraction deformation of the two sides of surrounding rock was less than50mm,the deformation rate was closeto zero,reduced the rate of disrepair of mine roadway and achieved good effect.
