用气相色谱法测定黄酒中β-苯乙醇分流比的选择研究 被引量:5

摘要 黄酒香气是黄酒中最重要的风味物质,对判断黄酒风格、质量优劣和品质高低起着重要作用。在构成黄酒的主要香气中,β-苯乙醇含量最高,是黄酒标准中质量指标之一,其在黄酒中的含量直接影响黄酒的品质。基于此,本文用气象色谱法测定黄酒中β-苯乙醇,经过几次对比,在分流比为1∶10的情况下,测得样品中组分峰具有比较好的外观效果,并且有比较高的精密度和准确度。 The aroma of rice wine is the most important flavor substance in rice wine,which plays an important role in judging the style,quality of yellow rice wine.Among the main aroma components of rice wine,the highest content ofβ-phenethyl alcohol is one of the quality indexes in the standard,its content in rice wine directly affects the quality of yellow rice wine.Based on this,theβ-phenethyl alcohol in yellow rice wine was determined by gas chromatography,after several contrast,when the shunt ratio was1:10,the sample component peak had good appearance effect,and had a relatively high degree of precision and accuracy
