摘要
教育改革不但是一种改革过程,更是一种教育过程。因此,教育改革过程本身就应展现出对"好"的、"善"的教育价值追求,就应是符合道德的。然而,在我国近些年的教育改革中却存在一些不合道德规范、教育道德要求和教育改革道德诉求的现象,影响了教育改革的深度、质量和正当性。这些现象的形成与教育改革的"功利化"价值取向、推进过程中存在的"权力傲慢"以及"缺乏"相应的道德考量有关。为了使教育改革合道德并完成其道德使命,需要对教育改革可能出现的道德问题保持一种警觉,确立教育改革的道德原则,进而实施教育善治。
The reform of education is not only a kind of reform process but also a kind of educational process.Therefore,the reform of education should show the pursuit of education value about“good”.However,there are some phenomena in the education reform of our country,which are not up to the basic moral rules,the educational morality and the moral demands of education reform,influencing the depth,quality and justification of education reform.The formation of the phenomena in education reform is connected with the utilitarianism orientation,the power arrogance and the lack of moral judge.In order to make education reform to be ethical and complete its moral mission,we need to keep an alert to the moral problems that may arise in the reform of education,establish the moral principles of educational reform,and implement the good governance of education.
