摘要
综合素质评价是我国现阶段高中教育改革的热点与焦点,也是当前考试招生制度改革的难点。综合素质评价的切实推进,需要对一些基本问题有基本的了解与判断:综合素质评价需要借助指标体系,但指标体系的建构只是评价的一种手段,它既不是评价手段的全部也不是评价的目的本身;综合素质的评价不在于区分个体素质的高低与优劣,而在于记录不同个体素质的独特之所在;综合素质评价主张学生的全面发展,但更突出全面发展基础之上的个性分化;综合素质评价主体的多元化,强调的是不同评价主体之间的相互印证以确保评价的客观公正,而不是不同评价主体评价结果的简单加权与分数合成。
At present,the evaluation of comprehensive quality is a hot and focal point in the reform of high school education in China,and it is also the difficulty in the current college entrance examination.To promote the evaluation of comprehensive quality,we need to have an essential understanding and judgment of some basic problems:the evaluation of comprehensive quality needs index system,but the construction of index system is only a means of evaluation because it is neither the all of evaluation means nor the purpose of evaluation itself.The evaluation of comprehensive quality is not to distinguish the high and low or the advantages and disadvantages of one’s quality,but to record the different quality.The evaluation of comprehensive quality claims students’all-round development,but puts more emphasis on their personalities.The diversity subjects of the evaluation of comprehensive quality highlights the mutual support between different evaluation subjects rather than simply weighting the results or combining the scores of different subjects,which is at the aim of ensuring the objectiveness and impartiality of evaluation.
