人文精神与文人精神:当下教育的一种窘境

Humanitarian Spirit and Scholar's Spirit:the Awkward Situation of Nowadays Education

人文精神是在人类历史发展中形成的独特概念,内涵在人的本质之中。人文精神既是对人性的完整表达,也是对人的深层关切。人文精神的内涵在于对于人主体性的肯定、对于个人权利的尊崇和对于道德价值的提倡。人文精神的传承和发扬深刻依赖人文教育。人文教育需要具备文人精神的学者。但在现代社会中,文人精神却在诸多因素的干扰下悄然变异,导致了人文精神的式微。造成这一现象的主要原因在于文人的普遍功利化、低俗化、权贵化和工具化。只有提振文人精神,才能强化人文精神。文人要有崇高的精神品格、要在参与公共事务时体现人文思维、要成为人文精神的示范标杆。

Humanitarian spirit is a particular concept formed in history,which shapes our personalities.Humanitarian spirit reflects humanity and focuses on human beings,which recognizes the autonomy of us,respects our civil right’s and advocates the moral value.We should inherit and develop humanitarian spirit through humanitarian education.Unfortunately,the humanitarian spirit of scholars is weakening in modern society.Some scholars turn to go after fame and wealth.They try to get close to the people who have rich social resource,or try to satisfy the low quality taste of market.It’s very important to awake scholar spirit by advocating humanitarian spirit.Scholars must have public spirit and become the humanitarian spirit model in public field.
