高校青年教师敬业价值观教育的主要问题与对策——以湖南省部分高校为例

The Problems and Countermeasures of the Education of College Young Teachers' Professional Values——A Case Study of Some Universities in Hunan Province

敬业价值观教育是培育高校青年教师敬业价值观的重要途径。当前,高校青年教师敬业价值观教育取得了一定成效,但仍存在一些不可忽视的问题。加强高校青年教师敬业价值观教育,必须要深化对高校青年教师敬业价值观教育的认识,促进青年教师敬业价值观教育一体化,强化青年教师职业荣誉感教育,增强青年教师敬业价值观教育吸引力,让敬业要求严起来、敬业行动实起来。

The education of professional values is an important channel for cultivating young teachers’professional values.Currently,the education of the professional values of college young teachers has achieved some results,but still exists some problems.To strengthen the education of young teachers’professional values,we must deepen the understanding of the education of professional values,promote the integration of the education of young teachers’professional values,strengthen the education of young teachers’professional honor,enhance the attraction of the education of professional values,make strict on professional requirements and promote the implementation of professional behavior.
