健康中国建设下慢性病防治的个体责任探究

Study on Individual Responsibility of Chronic Diseases Prevention and Treatment with the Construction of Healthy China

以健康中国建设为背景,梳理个体健康责任的理论依据,分析我国慢性病防治中个体责任缺失的现状和表现,并据此提出建构个体健康责任的主要方向。建议个体应通过自主自律的健康行为,主动接受健康教育、参与慢性病筛查、与生态环境和谐共生等在慢性病防治中承担起社会健康良性运转所需的基本义务和社会责任。

This paper was based on the background of the construction of healty China.It provided the theoreticalbasis of individual health responsibility.It analyzed the present situation and performance of individual responsibilityin chronic diseases prevention and treatment in China.And it put forward the main direction of the responsibility ofconstructing individual health.It was suggested that the individual should take the self-discipline and healthybehavior,accept the health education,and be harmonious with the ecological environment to take the basicobligation and social responsibility in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
