摘要
探讨引导式康复训练在提高脑瘫儿童生活质量中的价值。选取2013年6月至2015年9月在莆田市儿童医院进行康复训练治疗的脑瘫儿童162例,按康复训练的方式分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组患儿84例,对照组患儿78例,对治疗组患儿行引导式康复训练,对照组患儿行常规康复训练,记录比较两组患儿生活质量相关评分差异。结果显示,康复训练前,两组患儿社会适应能力、自理动作、言语功能、运动功能和认知功能得分无明显差别,训练后,两组患儿的上述维度得分均较训练前增高,且治疗组增高更明显。结果表明,引导式康复训练能够明显提高脑瘫儿童的生活质量,具有临床应用价值。
The paper explored the value of the rehabilitation training in improving cerebral palsy children's livingcondition.162Cases of cerebal palsy children were selected from June2013to September2015in our hospital fortreatment of rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation training was divided into observation group and control group,the observation group,84cases of children,control group with78cases,the observation group with facilitatedrehabilitation training,and the control group with routine rehabilitation training.It compared two groups of childrenwith the quality of life related score differences.Before rehabilitation training,two groups of children's socialadaptation ability and self care action,there is no significant difference in speech function,motor function andcognitive function score,after training,two groups of children of the dimension scores were compared with thosebefore training increased,and the observation group increased more significantly.Guided rehabilitation training cansignificantly improve the quality of life of children with cerebral palsy,and has clinical application value.
