鞋服材料吸湿排汗性能测试方法探究

A Moisture Absorption and Perspiration Test Method for Fabric Materials of Apparel and Shoes

针对目前具有吸湿排汗功能的鞋服功能性材料已被鞋服行业在设计生产时广泛应用却还没有统一的标准和测试方法的现状,介绍了鞋服功能性材料吸湿排汗检测方法及实验装置的原理、设计参数、方法测试过程、数据分析及结果的表达方式。结果表明,该检测方法设备可广泛用于鞋服生产企业及检测机构。

Recently,moisture absorption and perspiration fabrics have been widely applied to fabric materials ofapparel and shoes,however,there is still no uniform standard and test method in practical use.In this study,asimplified absorption and perspiration test method was introduced with the principal of test device,parameters,testprocess,data analysis and result expression.The results proved that this test method and test device are valuable forthe related manufacturing enterprises and testing institutes.
