摘要
为研究不同射频对车载转管机枪射击精度的影响,以某型车载转管机枪为对象,建立了该武器系统的刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型。通过仿真计算车体在制动状态时,机枪以不同射频进行射击的过程,得到了不同射频下车体、机枪架座和枪管的振动特性以及射弹散布。通过对不同射频下仿真曲线对比分析,可以得出射频对机枪射击精度的影响程度。仿真研究结果为该武器的研究与设计优化提供了理论支持。
To study the influence of firing frequency on shooting accuracy of a certain vehicular Gatling gun,a rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype model is established.The vibration characteristics of vehicle,gun holder and barrel are obtained as well as dispersion by simulating the firing process of gun in different firing frequency as the vehicle in the braking state.The influence of firing frequency on fire accuracy is demonstrated by contrasting and analyzing the simulation curves.The study results have provided a theoretical support for the design and optimization of vehicular Gatling gun.
