选项教学是我国高校范围内体育课改的一种创新性的改革,目的在于提高大学生的体育技能和身体的综合素养,培养大学生终身进行体育锻炼和娱乐的习惯和技能。现阶段我国普通高校范围内的篮球选项课受到了广大教师和学生们的热烈欢迎和喜爱,但也存在一定的问题。该文在分析普通高校篮球选项课中存在问题的基础上,提出相应的改进措施,促进我国普通高校篮球选项课程教学质量的提高。

The option of teaching in universities is within the scope of sports curriculum reform an innovative reform,aims toimprove the comprehensive quality of college students sports skills and physical training of college students,lifelong sports andentertainment habits and skills.At the present stage,the basketball elective course in the colleges and universities of our countryhas been warmly welcomed and loved by the majority of teachers and students,but there are also some problems.Based on theanalysis of the existing problems in the college basketball elective course,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvementmeasures to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the college basketball elective course.
