磺脲类药物的研发和应用历史

Development and Applicationhistory of Sulphonylureas

磺脲类药物是最早发现的口服降糖药物。自20世纪五十年代,美国批准第一个磺脲类药物甲苯磺丁脲上市以来,各种磺脲类药物不断进入临床,用于治疗2型糖尿病。经过60余年的研究和发展,磺脲类药物的有效性和安全性不断提高。目前,国内外指南推荐磺脲类药物为2型糖尿病的二线或一线替代治疗,因此,磺脲类药物在糖尿病管理中仍具有重要地位。本文就磺脲类药物的研发和应用历史、循证证据及国内外指南相关推荐作一简要综述。

Sulfonylureas are the earliest discovered oral hypoglycemic drugs.Since the United States approved tolbutamide which is the first sulfonylurea in the1950s,a variety of sulfonylurea drugs continue to enter clinical for the treatment of type2diabetes.After60years of research and development,the effectiveness and the safety of sulfonylureas have been improved.At present,the guidelines recommend sulfonylureas as the second-line or first-line alternative treatment of type2diabetes,so the sulfonylureas still play an important role in oral hypoglycemic drugs.This article review the development and application history of sulphonylureas.
