摘要
目的比较3.0T磁共振成像3D-VIBE和3D-TOF序列对三叉神经及其邻近血管的显示效果。方法对53例(三叉神经痛患者13例,正常志愿者40例)共106根三叉神经进行3.0TMRI横轴位T2-FLAIR平扫(排除颅内占位性病变)、3D-VIBE及3D-TOF序列轴位扫描,并将所得图像在3D卡中观察三叉神经及邻近血管的显示情况。结果两种序列所得到的图像进行比较,在任意方向上,3D-VIBE序列能够清晰显示三叉神经101根(95.3%),3D-TOF序列显示三叉神经(47.2%)。3D-VIBE序列对三叉神经的显示明显好于3D-TOF序列(χ2=59.865,P<0.01)。对3D-VIBE序列所得到的图像进行分析,13例三叉神经痛患者(共26根三叉神经)中,在任意方向上三叉神经与邻近血管关系密切者15根三叉神经(57.7%),与患者的临床症状相吻合。40例正常志愿者(共80根三叉神经)中,在任意方向上三叉神经与邻近血管关系密切者23根三叉神经(28.7%),较三叉神经痛患者少,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.147,P<0.01)。结论 3.0T磁共振成像3D-VIBE序列对于三叉神经及其邻近血管的显示效果优于3D-TOF序列。
Objecctive To compare the effect of magnetic resonance imaging3D-VIBE and3D-TOF sequences display trigeminal nerves and adjacent vessels.Methods13cases of trigeminal neuralgia patients and40cases of volunteers(106trigeminal nerves),underwent3.0T MRI with transverse T2-FLAIR scan(to exclude intracranial space occupying diseases),3D-VIBE sequence scan and3D-TOF sequence scan.Then all the images were sent to3D card to observe the trigeminal nerves and the adjacent vessels.Results Compared the images of the two sequences,in all direction,the clearly displayed trigeminal nerves of3D-VIBE sequence were101trigeminal nerves(95.3%),much more than those of3D-TOF sequence which were50trigeminal nerves(47.2%).3D-VIBE sequence was much better than3D-TOF sequence in displaying trigeminal nerves(χ2=59.865,P<0.01).Analysed all the images of3D-VIBE sequence,of the13trigeminal neuralgia cases(26trigeminal nerves),15trigeminal nerves(57.7%)could be found closely to their adjacent vessels in the transverse,oblique sagittal and oblique coronal display at the same time,which were consistent with the patients'clinical symptoms.In the40cases of volunteers(80trigeminal nerves),23trigeminal nerves(28.7%)could be found closely to their adjacent vessels in the transverse,oblique sagittal and oblique coronal display at the same time,which were much less than those of trigeminal neuralgia patients.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.147,P<0.01).Conclusion In3.0T magnetic resonance imaging,3D-VIBE sequence is better than3D-TOF sequence in displaying the trigeminal nerves and adjacent vessels.
