维生素在冠心病发病中作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 冠心病是危害人类健康的“慢性杀手”之一,在我国其发病率逐年增高。冠心病的主要病因是冠状动脉粥样硬化,但动脉粥样硬化的发病机制复杂,至今尚不完全清楚,而内皮细胞损伤是已知动脉粥样硬化重要的发病原因之一。近年有研究发现人体内维生素(Vitamin)缺乏在冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展中意义重大。Vitamin是一系列有机化合物的统称,人类主要通过饮食获取,对生物体代谢起调节作用,分为脂溶性(VitaminA、VitaminD、VitaminE)和水溶性(VitaminB族和VitaminC)两类。近年,有关Vitamin在冠心病发病作用研究较多,现将相关研究进展综述如下。
