摘要
随着社会的发展和人才培养的需要,中学生抗挫折能力亟待提高。该文采用文献法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法对中学生体育课堂上"挫折感"的产生与疏导进行了研究。结果发现,中学生体育课上"挫折感"的产生既有外部因素也有内部因素,遇到挫折时中学生要保持积极的心理应对,对有"挫折感"的学生要开展及时、合理的疏导,以促进他们健康成长。
With the development of society and the need of talent training,middle school students need to improve their ability to resist setbacks.By using the methods of literature review,interview,logical analysis and other research methods,this paper studies the generation and guidance of frustration in middle school students.The results found that the students"frustration"is a result of external factors and internal factors,frustrated students to maintain a positive coping,on the"frustration"of students to carry out timely and reasonable guidance,to promote their healthy growth.
