锐孔法制备壳聚糖-姜黄素微囊 被引量:5

摘要 用锐孔法以壳聚糖为囊材制备了姜黄素微囊。采用单因素变量法探讨了壳聚糖浓度、Na OH浓度、姜黄素浓度、转速、温度、针头孔径、下滴高度等因素对微囊包封率的影响。通过正交试验确定了最佳制备工艺条件为壳聚糖质量分数为6.0%、氢氧化钠浓度4.0 mol·L^(-1)、姜黄素质量分数为2.0%、针头孔径0.6 mm、下滴高度10 cm、温度20℃、转速450 r·min^(-1)。制得的微囊为橙红色球状颗粒,大小均匀,包封率为60%,载药量达到0.75%。姜黄素微囊化后稳定性明显增强。 Curcumin microcapsules were prepared with chitosan as encapsulating material by piercing method.The impact of the concentration of chitosan,the concentration of sodium hydroxide,the concentration of curcumin,stirring speed,curing temperature,needle aperture,drop height on the encapsulation efficiency were studied by the single factor experiment.The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment and the results showed that the concentration of chitosan was6.0%,the concentration of sodium hydroxide was4.0mol·L-1,the concentration of curcumin was2.0%,the stirring speed was450r·min-1,the curing temperature was20℃,the needle size was0.6mm and the drop height was10cm.The microcapsules were orange-red spherical particles and uniform in size.The embedding rate was60%,the drug-polymer interactions of0.75%.The stability of curcumin was obviously enhanced after microencapsulation.
