压榨纳滤浓缩液中半纤维素的离心分离

Selection of the Best Condition of Centrifugal Separation Hemicellulose from Squeezing-Nanofiltration-Concentrated Solution

摘要 为了分离出半纤维素,以压榨纳滤浓缩液为原料,采用离心分离法,考察了压榨浓缩液的碱浓度、半纤维素含量以及离心机转速对分离效果的影响规律。结果表明,当压榨浓缩液中碱浓度60 g?L^(-1),半纤维素含量120 g?L^(-1),离心机转速11 000 r?min^(-1),离心时间5 min,分离效果最佳。 In order to separate hemicellulose from squeezing-nanofiltration-concentrated solution(SNCS),centrifugal separation method was applied to study the effect of the concentration of alkali,and the content of hemicellulose in SNCS as well as centrifuges on the separation results which has different content of hemicellulose after centrifugal separation.The results show that the best separation condition is that the content of hemicellulose is120g?L-1,the concentration of alkali is60g.L-1,and the rotation rate is11000r.min-1when the centrifugation time is5minutes.
