干熄焦生产工艺的优化控制 被引量:1

摘要 针对唐钢美锦焦化厂生产过程中存在的问题,对气料比、T6、锅炉入口压力、中央风量与周边风量的配风比例、空气导入量等因素对生产影响规律进行研究。结果表明,控制最佳风料比为1 280 m^3?t^(-1),锅炉入口压力在-0.8~^(-1).0 k Pa之间,中央周边配风比为0.9,空气导入量为6 200 m^3?h^(-1)时,总体焦炭产量可提高2.1%。T6控制在900℃时蒸汽产量最高值达92 t?h^(-1),且对延长锅炉设备使用寿命有利。 The effect of the ratio of gas to material,the temperature of boiler entry(T6),the pressure of boiler entry,the centralair volume and air distribution of the surrounding air volume ratio and air import quantity on the production was studied to solve production problems in Meijin Coking Plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel co.LTD.The results show that the yield of coke can be raised by2.1%when the condition was controlled with the following:the pressure of boiler entry which is around-0.8to-1.0kPa,the surrounding air volume ratio and air import quantity of0.9and air import quantity of6200m3?h-1.When T6is900℃,steam production of92t.h-1can be obtained,and the service life of boiler equipment was prolonged.
