摘要
针对职业心理学中职业承诺的发展认识,通过文献资料调研、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,初步建立了体育教师职业承诺的测评量表,内容分为情感承诺、义务承诺、代价承诺、机会承诺、理想承诺五个维度,为后续研究提供参考工具。
By using the method of literature,survey and the mathematical statistics,this article established evaluation scale on the career commitment based on the awareness for career commitment development in occupational psychology.It can be divided into5factors:commitments of affection,the obligation norms,costs,chance and ideal values.It provides reference for the follow-up research.
