摘要
以河南科技大学开元校区图书馆为例,利用模糊综合评价理论研究了高校图书馆的读者满意度。通过设计问卷进行了调查分析,收集了读者对图书馆满意度的数据,然后选取了适当的指标体系,建立了基于模糊综合评价的高校图书馆读者满意度模型,模型结果显示读者满意度有一定的提升空间,并给出了提高读者满意度的建议。
This paper took the Library of Kaiyuan Campus of Henan University of Science and Technology as an example and studied the reader satisfaction of university library using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.By designing the questionnaire for investigation and analysis,it collected the data of library reader satisfaction,selected the appropriate index system and then established the model of reader satisfaction for university library based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The model results showed that the degree of satisfaction has room for improvement.This paper also proposed suggestions on improving reader satisfaction
