基于"互联网+"环境的图书馆公共文化服务体系具有多样化、便捷、共享的优势,但目前普遍存在用户信息泄露、馆藏资源数字化建设滞后、馆员信息素养不高、服务方式和途径单一化等方面的问题。对此,要尽快健全互联网信息监管法规,加快馆藏资源数字化建设步伐,构建专业化信息服务团队,实现不同用户的个性化文化推广服务。以制度保障、技术保障、人员保障全面构建图书馆公共文化服务体系。

A public library cultural service system based on“Internet+”environment has advantages of diversification,convenience and sharing,but there are many problems such as user information leakage,digital construction of library resources lagging behind,librarian information literacy is not high,service methods and ways of simplification.In this regard,as soon as possible to improve the Internet information regulation and regulations to speed up the pace of digitization of library resources,building a professional information service team,to achieve different users personalized cultural extension services.It suggests constructing the public cultural service system of library in an all-round way by system guarantee,technical guarantee and personnel guarantee.
