基于政策导向的唐山地区钢铁物流企业转型升级对策研究

Researches on the Transformation and Upgradation of Iron and Steel Logistics Enterprises in Tangshan Based on Policy Oriented

在分析唐山地区钢铁物流现状分析的基础上,从钢铁物流企业内部和外部两个角度对钢铁物流企业转型升级的必要性展开研究。结合我国最近几年对钢铁物流相关政策的调整,提出了政策导向下唐山地区钢铁物流企业转型升级的相应策略。

On the basis of analysis of Tangshan iron and steel logistics current situation,this paper discussed from the internal and external aspect the necessity of transformation and upgradation of the iron and steel logistics enterprises of iron and steel logistics enterprise.Combining with Chinese iron and steel logistics related policy adjustment in recent years,the corresponding policyorientated strategy for Tangshan iron and steel logistics enterprise transformation and upgradation is proposed.
