摘要
针对二次非圆曲线类零件的数控铣削编程是手工编程中的难点。以FANUC系统所对应的数控铣削加工为例,分析如何使宏程序变量编程来编写二次非圆曲线类零件的加工程序,以此探讨如何编写数控铣削加工二次非圆曲线类轮廓程序的方法和技巧。
Because CNC milling programming for secondary non-circular curve parts is a difficult problem in manual programming,taking the CNC milling process corresponding to FANUC system as an example,the author analyzes how to use the macro program variableprogramming to write the processing program of the second non-circular curve part,so as to discuss the method and skill of writing CNCmilling process for secondary non-circular curve contours.
