摘要
随着消费者对汽车的要求越来越高,发动机三漏问题成为如今广大媒体及消费者关注的焦点,而最为普遍的三漏问题之一就是油底壳密封结合面渗油。发动机漏油不仅造成机油浪费;严重的会造成机油不足,进而导致发动机损坏,售后渗油车辆的维修,不仅涉及较多的维修成本,还使得品牌受到冲击,进而影响整车销量。各个OEM每年投入大量的人力物力,专注于漏油问题的处理。本文通过对引起硅胶密封油底壳渗油的机理进行详细分析,并对油底壳,特别是T型区的密封胶自身性能、密封面结构等多方面进行现状分析,从而找到铝合金油底壳密封面机油渗漏问题的真正原因:优异的粘结性和良好的密封结构设计是保证发动机密封的最重要因素,为发动机油底壳T型区实现零渗漏提供了分析思路及具体解决方案。
With the increasing demand for cars,the engine leakage(oil spills,leaks,leaks)issues have become the focus of attentionfor the media and consumers today.One of the most common leakage problems is the oil pan sealing.Engine oil leakage is not only a wasteof oil that can cause oil shortage seriously,which results in engine damage.The maintenance of aftermarket oil leakage vehicle not onlyinvolves more maintenance costs,but also makes the brand affected,thereby affecting the vehicle sales.Each year OEM put a lot ofmanpower and material resources,focusing on the treatment of oil leakage.This paper analyzes the cause mechanism of silica gel sealing oilpan leakage in detail,and analyzes the sesame shell,especially the T-type sealant self-performance,sealing surface structure,so as to findout the real causes of the leakage.Excellent adhesion and good sealing structure design is the most important factor to seal the engine.Thispaper provides the analysis ideas and specific solutions to realize zero leakage of the T zone of engine oil pan.
