煤基沥青高温缩合反应的探索研究

摘要 以煤基中温沥青为原料,采用高温热缩合的方法制备高软化点沥青。主要研究了热缩合温度和热缩合时间对煤基沥青热缩合过程中软化点及喹啉不溶物含量的影响。实验结果表明:在一定的热缩合温度下,热缩合时间越长,得到的煤沥青的软化点和喹啉不溶物含量越高;在一定的热缩合时间下,热缩合温度越高,得到的沥青的软化点及喹啉不溶物的含量越高。 High softening point of asphalt was prepared by the method of high temperature thermal condensation with the mediumtemperature coal pitch as raw material.The effects of the thermal condensation temperature and thermal condensation time on softeningpoint and quinoline insolubles content was disscused in this paper.The higher the thermal condensation temperature,the softening point ofasphalt and quinoline insolubles content is higher under a certain thermal condensation time;the results showed that the longer the thermalcondensation time,the higher the coal softening point of asphalt and quinoline insolubles content at a certain thermal condensationtemperature.
