高原城市机动车尾气排放质量可变模糊评价和优化控制研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对高原城市机动车尾气排放污染大且缺乏有效评价和管理方法的问题,本文提出了城市机动车尾气排放质量多海拔可变模糊评价方法模型:首先利用区间数的相离度和可能度理论挖掘机动车尾气标准所包含的权重信息,然后引入可变模糊集理论构建评价模型,以评价在高原不同海拔机动车的污染等级,并探讨了生物柴油不同比例情况下,机动车尾气排放质量的优化情况。研究表明,随着海拔高度的升高,尾气排放质量明显下降,加入一定比例的生物柴油能够有效的改善尾气排放质量。 To deal with the problems of large exhaust emission amount of motor vehicles in plateau cities and the lack of efficientevaluation and management,this paper proposes a plateau variable fuzzy evaluation model of the exhaust emission quality.First,thedeviation and probability degree of intervals are used to investigate the weight information included in the motor vehicle exhaust emissionstandard.Then,the evaluation model is built based on the introduction of variable fuzzy set theory to rate the pollution grades of motorvehicles in the plateau with different altitudes.Besides,with different ratio of biodiesel,the optimization of exhaust emission quality isexplored.Studies have shown that,with the increase of altitudes,there is an obvious decrease of the exhaust emission quality.Adding somebiodiesel with specific ratio can effectively improve the exhaust emission quality.
