Three Aspects of Dignity:Concept,History,and Reality

从概念上看,尊严既是一种内在价值,也依赖于社会承认。从历史上看,尊严是一个历史范畴,它经历了情感基础上的尊严、理性基础上的尊严、被社会认可的尊严的演变过程。从现实来看,有尊严的存在需要消灭妨碍尊严生活的贫困,超越既得利益,捍卫社会正义,树立主体自我意识。

In concept,dignity is an intrinsic value and depends on the recognition of the society;historically it belongs to the category of history and has experienced the evolution from emotional basis,rational basis,to social recognition;and in reality,the existence of dignity need to eliminate poverty that hinders a dignified life,to transcend vested interests,to defend social justice,and to establish the subject's self-consciousness.
