摘要
本文讲述了一种CPCI架构的机载设备的层次化BIT系统设计,实现系统级检测、模块级检测和芯片级检测。在满足BIT测试覆盖率的基础上,BIT检测将机载设备的健康信息管理和故障管理紧密结合,大大降低了虚警率,提高了机载设备的可靠性和维护性。
This article describes a hierarchical design of BIT system for airborne equipment based on the CPCI architecture,realizingsystem-level testing,module-level testing and chip-level testing.On the base of meeting the test coverage rate,the health informationmanagement and fault management for airborne equipment are combined closely,and greatly reduced the false alarm rate,increasing thereliability and maintainability of the airborne computer.
