摘要
本文以德国新一期交通发展规划文件(BVWP 2030)为基础,在分析德国交通发展面临的人口老龄化、东西区域基建不平衡、基础设施亟待更新等问题基础上,概括出德国今后加大对地方政府的支持、扩大财源、吸引PPP以提升效率,注重交通运输系统的可持续发展与信息化技术等方面的交通发展重点,梳理了今后德国交通运输的发展思路。
Based on the new transportation development planning document of Germany(BVWP2030),the aging population,unbalanced development between east and west region,and the updating demand for the aging infrastructure facilities are analyzed.It is demonstrated that Germany will pay attention to supports for local governments,financial resources expanding,PPP attracting for efficiency improvement,and emphases on the sustainable and informative development of transportation systems.The main ideas of Germany transportation developmentin the future is also discussed.
