针刺配合颈椎保健操在社区颈椎病治疗中的应用价值分析

Application value of acupuncture plus cervical vertebra health exercises in treating cervical spondylosis in community

目的:探讨针刺配合颈椎保健操治疗社区颈椎病患者的临床效果。方法:选择2014年6月-2016年3月就诊的106例社区颈椎病患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各53例,对照组采取针刺治疗,观察组采取针刺配合颈椎保健操治疗。对两组的治疗效果、疼痛程度、症状体征评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)等进行观察。结果:治疗前两组患者症状、体征评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后均有改善,观察组症状、体征评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前视觉模拟评分(VAS)与NDI评分无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后总有效率为92.45%,与对照组的77.35%相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在疗程结束、随访3个月、随访6个月时的VAS评分与NDI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺配合颈椎保健操治疗社区颈椎病效果显著,不仅能快速缓解症状与体征,并能持续减轻疼痛感与颈椎功能障碍,有一定的远期疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore clinical effects of acupuncture plus cervical spine exercise on cervical spondylosis in community.Methods:106cases treated in community from June2014to March2016were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,53cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given acupuncture,while in the observation group were treated by acupuncture plus cervical vertebra health exercises.Clinical effects,pain degree,symptom and signs scores and cervical dysfunction index in groups were observed.Results:Before treatment,the scores of symptoms and signs in two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);but they were all improved after treatment.The scores of symptoms and signs in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scales and NDI scores of the patients before treatment in two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was92.45%,and77.35%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and NDI score in the observation group at the end of treatment,3months of followed-up and6months of followed-up were lower than those in the control group;and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical effects of acupuncture plus cervical vertebra health exercises on cervical spondylosis in community is significant,can rapidly relieve symptoms and signs,reduce pain and cervical dysfunction,with certain long-term efficacy,and is worthy of clinical application.
