针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫的疗效观察

Observation on treating peripheral facial paralysis in acute phase by acupuncture

目的:探究针灸治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:选择2014年4月-2016年4月我院收治的88例急性期周围性面瘫患者,随机分为两组,观察组于急性期进行针灸治疗,对照组于急性期进行常规治疗,急性期后给予针灸治疗。观察对比两组疗效。结果:治疗后两组FDI躯体功能评分显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组FDI社会功能评分均与治疗前比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),且两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组有效率(95.5%)显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在急性期给予周围性面瘫患者针灸治疗可显著恢复躯体功能,疗效确切,值得临床推广采用。

Objective:To explore effects of acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis at acute phase.Methods:88patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated by acupuncture in the acute phase.The control group was given conventional treatment in the acute phase,then acupuncture.Results:After treatment,the scores of FDI with somatic function in groups were significantly higher(P<0.05);and this was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of FDI with social function were no significant difference compared with before treatment and between groups(P>0.05).The efficiency was95.5%in the observation group,and higher than86.4%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture on peripheral facial paralysis in the acute phase can significantly restore the somatic function,shows a curative effect,and is worthy of application.
