针灸联合量化康复在改善脑梗塞后肩手综合征患者生活质量中的应用价值分析

Clinical value of acupuncture plus quantitative rehabilitation in improving life quality of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction

目的:探讨针灸联合量化康复在改善脑梗塞后肩手综合征患者生活质量中的应用效果。方法:选择我院102例脑梗塞后肩手综合征患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各51例。对照组给予康复训练治疗,观察组给予针灸联合量化康复治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为94.12%,对照组为82.35%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分、上肢运动功能评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸联合量化康复可明显改善脑梗塞后肩手综合征患者的临床症状,提高其上肢运动功能,从而提高其生活质量。

Objective:To explore clinical effects of acupuncture plus quantitative rehabilitation on improving life quality of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction.Methods:102patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and control group.The control group was treated by rehabilitation training.The observation group received acupuncture plus quantitative rehabilitation therapy.Results:The total efficiency was94.12%in the observation group,and significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of life quality and upper limb motor function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus quantitative rehabilitation can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after cerebral infarction,and improve upper limb motor function and life quality.
