雷火灸治疗产后宫缩痛的临床疗效观察

Observation on treating postpartum matrix conrtacaie pain by the Leihuo moxibustion

目的:探讨雷火灸治疗产后宫缩痛的临床价值。方法:本次医学研究选择我院妇产科2014年1月-2015年1月间收治的200例宫缩痛患者为观察对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组产妇于分娩2h后开始接受缩宫素肌注治疗,实验组在此基础上接受雷火灸治疗,回顾分析患者的临床治疗效果和疼痛改善情况。结果:实验组观察对象产后48h疼痛程度显著减轻,且明显优于对照组,两组观察对象治疗后疼痛程度对比具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组有效率为96%,对照组有效率为56%,两组对比具有明显的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:产后宫缩痛患者接受雷火灸治疗有助于其疼痛程度的减轻以及临床治疗效果的改善,因而具有较高的推广和应用价值。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of the Leihuo moxibustion on postpartum matrix conrtacaie pain.Methods:200patients were selected and randomly divided into the control group and experimental group.The control group was given oxytocin intramuscular injection after2hours of delivery;the experimental group was treated with the Leihuo moxibustion more.The effect and pain improvement were reviewed.Results:After48h of delivery,the pain degree in the experimental group was significant lower,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The efficiency was96%in the experimental group,and56%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Leihuo moxibustion on postpartum matrix conrtacaie pain can reduce the pain and improve effect,with a high promoted and applied value.
