高脂血症的中医辨证规律及临床证型分布探究

An exploration on TCM syndrome differentiation rules and clinical syndromes distribution of hyperlipidemia

目的:探讨高脂血症的中医辨证规律及临床证型分布。方法:从我中心2013年1月-2016年6月家庭医生全科团队服务的高脂血患者中选取632例进行研究,对其中医症状、脉象和舌象等临床资料进行分析,总结临床证型以及中医辨证的分布规律。结果:本组患者共有10种单证,分别为肝气郁证、脾气虚证、肾气虚证、痰湿证、血瘀证、阴虚证、湿热证、郁热证、心气虚证和肾阳虚证,其中心、肝、脾、肾等单证均有一定比例。本组患者共有5种,分别为肝郁脾虚、肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚、痰瘀内阻和阴虚阳亢,其中肝郁脾虚所占的比例最多,为35.44%,且肝郁脾虚、肝肾阴虚和阴虚阳亢均与肝脏有关,约占61.39%(388/632)。结论:通过中医辨证规律与临床证型分布规律的分析有助于了解高血脂症中医病因病机,实施有效干预。

Objective:TCM syndrome differentiation rules and clinical syndromes distribution of hyperlipidemia were investigated.Methods:632cases were selected.Clinical data such as TCM symptoms,pulse and tongue were analyzed.Clinical syndromes and the distribution rule of TCM syndrome differentiation were summarized.Results:There were10kinds of syndrome in this group,including the Ganqiyu syndrome,the Piqixu syndrome,the Shenqixu syndrome,the Tanshi syndrome,the Xueyu syndrome,the Yinxu syndrome,the Shire syndrome,the Yure syndrome,the Xinqixu syndrome and the Shenyangxu syndrome.Among them,syndromes in heart,liver,spleen,kidney and so on took a certain proportion.There were5kinds of syndromes in this group,including the Ganyu Pixu syndrome,the Ganshen Yinxu syndrome,the Pishen Yangxu syndrome,the Tanyu Neizu and the Yinxu Yangkang syndrome.The Ganyu Pixu syndrome accounts for up to35.44%.The Ganyu Pixu syndrome,the Ganshen Yinxu syndrome and the Yinxu Yangkang syndrome were related to the liver,accounting for about61.39%(388/632).Conclusion:The analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation and clinical syndromes distribution is conductive to understand the etiology and pathogenesis of hyperlipidemia and implement effective intervention.
