家庭医生式服务中实施产后缺乳中医调治的初探

A preliminary study on treating postpartum lack of milk in TCM

在社区卫生服务中心开展产后缺乳的家庭医生式服务,将传统中医针灸、推拿、食疗及宣教融于一体,研究适合社区产后缺乳的常规中医调治方案,发挥中医"简便验廉"等优势,为产后缺乳的患者建立综合催乳家庭式调理,从而提高母乳喂养率,促进产后康复,维护母婴保健。探索适合社区卫生服务机构开展的、有效的、易于推广且具有中医特色的产后缺乳家庭式服务与实施路径,有益于提升中医服务能力及增加社区卫生服务覆盖面。

In the community health service center,the family doctor service for postpartum milk deficiency was carried out.TCM acupuncture,massage,diet therapy and mission teaching were integrated into the community health service center,to explore suitable community health service agencies to relieve postpartum lack of milk.
