复方硝矾洗剂联合地奥司明治疗妊娠期痔急性发作78例临床观察

A clinical study on treating 78 cases of acute hemorrhoids during pregnancy with the Fufang Xiaofan lotion plus diosmin

目的:观察复方硝矾洗剂联合地奥司明治疗妊娠期痔急性发作的临床疗效。方法:将156例妊娠期痔急性发作患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用复方硝矾洗剂熏洗坐浴联合地奥司明口服治疗,对照组采用1/5000高锰酸钾热水外用熏洗坐浴加地奥司明口服治疗,观察两组治疗2d及7d后的临床疗效并进行比较。结果:治疗7d后,两组均取得较好的效果,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组效果更为明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方硝矾洗剂联合地奥司明治疗孕期痔急性发作疗效好,无明显副作用。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the Fufang Xiaofan lotion plus diosmin on acute hemorrhoids during pregnancy.Methods:156cases were randomly divided into two groups.All patients adopted diosmin.The treatment group received fumigation sitz bath with the Fufang Xiaofan lotion,and the control group adopted1/5000potassium permanganate.The clinical effects in two groups were observed and compared in2and7days.Results:Good effects have been achieved for all patients after7days.There was a statistical significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05).Efficiency was better in the treatment group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating acute hemorrhoids during pregnancy with the Fufang Xiaofan lotion plus diosmin is curative,with no obvious side effect.
