甘麦大枣汤联合安神定志丸加减治疗心脏神经官能症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cardiac neurosis with the Ganmai Dazao decoction plus Anshen Dingzhi Wan

目的:研究甘麦大枣汤联合安神定志丸治疗心脏神经官能症的临床效果,为临床医生治疗心脏神经官能症提供新的思路。方法:选择2008年1月-2015年12月来我院治疗心脏神经官能症的患者106例,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各53例。对照组行安神定志丸治疗,治疗组行甘麦大枣汤联合安神定志丸治疗,观察两组患者疗效。结果:治疗组患者的症状改善总有效率明显高于对照组,焦虑、抑郁情况明显轻于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对心脏神经官能症患者采用甘麦大枣汤联合安神定志丸共同治疗效果明显,能有效提高心脏神经官能症的各项症状,改善总有效率,缓解患者不良情绪,可推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Ganmai Dazao decoction with Anshen Dingzhi Wan on cardiac neurosis,and to provide new ideas for clinicians.Methods:106patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,53cases in each group.The control group was treated with Anshen Dingzhi Wan,and the treatment group was treated with the Ganmai Dazao decoction more.The curative effects in two groups were observed.Results:The total efficiency of symptom improvement in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The anxiety and depression were significantly lighter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ganmai Dazao decoction plus Anshen Dingzhi Wan was effective on cardiac neurosis,by alleviating the negative emotions of patients,and worthy of promotion.
