武权生教授治疗阴虚阳亢型经行头痛,结合女性月经周期前后生理病理特点之差异,经前、经期强调以清火平肝为标,经后以滋养肝肾、调补气血为本。先祛标实,后补本虚,标本结合,病证相兼,运用桃红四物汤及黄芪桂枝五物汤自拟方针对标实本虚之不同予以治疗,疗效显著,值得推广运用。

Professor Wu Quansheng treated menstrual headache of the Yinxu Yangkang type according to female the physiological and pathological characteristics.Before and during menstrual period,the Qinghuo Pinggan therapy should be emphasized.After menstrual period,the Ziyang Ganshen therapy and the Tiaobu Qixue therapy should be pay more attention.Based on the theory,the Taohong Siwu decoction and the Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction were applied,with significant effects,and is worth promoting.
