中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎的临床效果研究

A clinical study on treating chronic nephritis in the integrative medicine

目的:观察慢性肾炎应用中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:将70例慢性肾炎患者随机分为中西医组与西医组,各35例,分别应用中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗,对比两组的临床疗效与肾功能指标变化。结果:中西医组的总有效率为88.57%,明显高于西医组的74.29%(P<0.05);治疗后中西医组的Scr、BUN及24h UP均明显低于西医组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医联合治疗慢性肾炎能够改善肾功能,提高临床疗效,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on chronic nephritis.Methods:70cases were randomly divided into two groups,35cases for each.The integrative medicine group received the integrative medicine.And the western medicine group was given western medicine only.Clinical effects and renal function changes in two groups were compared.Results:The total efficiency in the integrative medicine group was88.57%,and higher than74.29%in the western medicine group.After treatment,the Scr,BUN and24h UP in the integrative medicine group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine is clinical effective,by improving renal function,and worth promoting.
