中西医结合治疗坐骨神经痛24例

Treating 24 cases of sciatica in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合的方法治疗坐骨神经痛的临床效果。方法:对观察组24例均采用中药内服配合甘露醇、红花注射液静脉滴注治疗,对照组24例均采用甘露醇、红花注射液静脉滴注治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的79.17%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服配合甘露醇、红花注射液静脉滴注治疗坐骨神经痛效果显著,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective:Clinical effects of the integrative medicine on sciatica were observed.Methods:24cases in the observation group were treated with oral TCM medicine plus intravenous infusion of mannitol with safflower injection.24cases in the control group were given intravenous infusion of mannitol with safflower injection.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was91.67%,higher than79.17%in the control group;the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral TCM medicine plus mannitol and safflower injection are effective on sciatica,shows a good clinical value.
