中西医结合治疗项背肌筋膜炎28例

Treating 28 cases of back muscle fasciitis in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗项背肌筋膜炎的临床效果。方法:观察组28例均采用红花注射液静滴、复方氯唑沙宗片口服结合中药热敷的方法治疗,对照组28例均采用复方氯唑沙宗片口服方法治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的78.57%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗项背肌筋膜炎效果显著,具有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective:Clinical effects of the integrative medicine on back muscle fasciitis were observed.Methods:28cases in the observation group were treated with the Honghua injection by intravenous infusion,compound chlorzoxazone tablets plus TCM medicine fomentation.28cases in the control group were given compound chlorzoxazone tablets orally.Results:The total efficiency was92.86%in the observation group,higher than78.57%in the control group.The difference in groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on back muscle fasciitis showed significant effects,with good clinical values.
