点舌丸致不良反应2例报道及分析

A report and analysis of adverse reactions from Dianshe Wan

目的:探明点舌丸导致不良反应发生的临床表现类型,为该药在临床的安全有效使用提供理论依据。方法:汇总近2年内我院上报的点舌丸所导致的不良反应事件共计2例,对事件发生情况进行分析。结果:点舌丸导致不良反应事件主要临床表现类型为消化道反应。结论:点舌丸临床应用安全性较高,但仍应关注其用药安全性方面的问题;医、药、护应加强患者用药监护,预防不良反应的发生。

Objective:Clinical manifestations of adverse reactions from Dianshe Wan were explored,to provide theoretical basis for safety and effective application of the medicine.Methods:A total of2cases of adverse reactions were reported in the past two years,and the incident was analyzed.Results:The main clinical manifestations of adverse reactions were gastrointestinal reactions.Conclusion:The safety of Dianshe Wan is higher,and also should be concerned more;medical,medicine and nursing should strengthen the patient's medication and prevent from adverse reactions.
