中西医结合治疗眼外伤性前房出血疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating ocular traumatic anterior chamber hemorrhage in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合疗法在眼外伤性前房出血治疗中的临床价值。方法:选取2014年9月-2015年9月我院收治的眼外伤性前房出血80例为研究对象,将单纯西医疗法应用于对照组(40例),将中西医结合疗法应用于观察组(40例),对比两组患者的临床总有效率。结果:观察组患者的临床症状整体出现了显著改善,临床总有效率达到100.0%;对照组患者的临床总有效率为87.5%,与观察组相比偏低,数据差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,x2=3.42。结论:针对眼外伤性前房出血在西医疗法的基础上另加中医汤剂口服治疗效果更为理想,不但积血吸收迅速,而且视力水平提升也较为明显,值得临床采纳并推广。

Objective:To observe clinical value of the integrative medicine on ocular traumatic anterior chamber hemorrhage.Methods:80cases in our hospital from September2014to September2015were selected.The patients in the control group(40cases)were treated with western medicine alone;and the integrative medicine was applied in the observation group(40cases).The total efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:The clinical response in the observation group was significantly improved;the total efficiency was100.0%;the total efficiency was87.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05,x2=3.42.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on ocular traumatic anterior chamber hemorrhage showed more ideal effects,with rapid blood absorption and more obviously improved visual acuity,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
