不同石膏外固定位置对新鲜腕舟骨骨折治疗效果的影响 被引量:4

Efficacy of external fixation with different plasters on new carpal scaphoid fracture

摘要 目的:对不同石膏外固定位置治疗新鲜腕舟骨骨折的效果进行评论。方法:选择92例新鲜腕舟骨骨折的患者,平均分为两组进行比较,对A组患者采用掌屈尺偏位石膏固定的治疗方式,对B组患者采用功能位石膏固定的治疗方式,半年后对两组治疗效果进行评价。结果:采用不同治疗方式的A、B组患者差异明显,其中A组优良率达到96%,B组优良率仅为74%,A组骨折恢复时间为(10.15±1.80)周,B组骨折恢复时间为(12.40±2.75)周。结论:新鲜腕舟骨骨折石膏外固定位置选择掌屈尺偏位治疗方式较好。 Objective:To discuss efficacy of external fixation with different plasters on new carpal scaphoid fracture.Methods:92patients were divided into the group A and the group B;the group A was given the plaster in flexion ulnar position;and the group B was given the plaster in functional position.Results:There were significant differences between the A group and the B group;the efficiency in the group A was96%,while only74%in the group B;the fracture healing time in the group A was(10.15±1.80)weeks,and in the group B was(12.40±2.75)weeks.Conclusion:The efficacy of new carpal scaphoid fracture with plaster external fixation on flexion ulnar position was better.
