摘要
随着改革开放和经济社会的不断发展,生活节奏的不断加快,人们生活和工作方式都发生了很大的变化。生活、家庭和工作压力的不断增大,越来越多地影响了人们的睡眠质量。失眠往往是亚健康状态的开始,容易引起机体功能紊乱和免疫功能下降,导致精力不充沛,情绪沮丧、焦躁,影响工作、学习及生活质量,越来越多地引起人们的重视。中医药治疗失眠正显现出其强大的优势,因为其相对于西药治疗副作用小,故成为大多数失眠患者的首要选择。本文总结了近五年来中医药对失眠的治疗方法。
With the development of Chinese economic reform and economic social,accelerating the pace of life,people’s life and work have changed a lot.Life,family and work pressure is increasing,more and more influenced on people’s sleep quality.Insomnia is the beginning of sub-health status,and easy to cause immune dysfunction and body function decline,results in exhaustion,depression and anxiety,influences work,learning and life quality;and more and more attention were pained by people.TCM medicine on insomnia is showing its great advantages.Because side effects are fewer than western medicine,TCM medicine has become the first choice for the most insomniacs.This paper has summarized the methods and prescription to treat insomnia in the past5years.
