摘要
目的:研究分析人参皂苷Rg1与丹参酮ⅡA配伍应用于老龄大鼠的抗氧化作用效果。方法:将64只老龄雌性大鼠随机分为对照组、人参皂苷Rg1组、丹参酮ⅡA组、人参皂苷Rg1联合丹参酮ⅡA组,每组16只,分别给予等溶剂生理盐水、人参皂苷Rg1、丹参酮ⅡA、人参皂苷Rg1联合丹参酮ⅡA饲养。所有老龄大鼠均进行持续性灌胃28d,对比四组血清MDA、SOD和GSH-Px等指标情况。结果:人参皂苷Rg1组、丹参酮ⅡA组、人参皂苷Rg1联合丹参酮ⅡA组的血清SOD和GSH-Px水平均高于对照组,血清MDA水平低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);人参皂苷Rg1联合丹参酮ⅡA组血清SOD和GSH-Px水平均高于人参皂苷Rg1组、丹参酮ⅡA组,血清MDA水平低于人参皂苷Rg1组、丹参酮ⅡA组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:人参皂苷Rg1与丹参酮ⅡA配伍应用于老龄大鼠可明显提高超氧化物岐化酶活性,减少丙二醛含量,具有良好的抗氧化作用。
Objective:To study the antioxidation effect of Ginsenoside Rg1and TanshinoneⅡA on aging rats.Methods:64aged female rats were randomly divided into the control group,Ginsenoside Rg1group,TanshinoneⅡA group,Ginsenoside Rg1with TanshinoneⅡA group,16rats in each group,and were given the same solvent saline,Ginsenoside Rg1,TanshinoneⅡA,Ginsenoside Rg1with TanshinoneⅡA respectively.All the aged rats were subjected to continuous gavage for28days,and the levels of serum MDA,SOD and GSH-Px were compared.Results:The levels of serum SOD and GSH-Px in the Ginsenoside Rg1group,TanshinoneⅡA group,Ginsenoside Rg1with TanshinoneⅡA group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of serum MDA was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);In the Ginsenoside Rg1with TanshinoneⅡA group,the levels of serum SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those in the Ginsenoside Rg1group and TanshinoneⅡA group,and the level of serum MDA was lower than that in the Ginsenoside Rg1group and TanshinoneⅡA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Ginsenoside Rg1and TanshinoneⅡA can be used in aged rats to improve the activity of superoxide dismutase and reduce the content of malondialdehyde,and have good antioxidant effects.
