中西医结合治疗频发室性早搏临床观察

Clinical observation on treating frequent ventricular premature in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗频发室性早搏的疗效。方法:选择92例频发室性早搏患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,均46例,对照组应用美托洛尔及普罗帕酮治疗;观察组在对照组基础上加用炙甘草汤加减治疗。结果:治疗后两组中医证候疗效比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组心电图疗效比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗频发室性早搏可明显改善患者的症状体征,减少早搏次数,效果显著。

Objective:To explore effects of the integrative medicine on frequent ventricular premature.Methods:92patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,46cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol and propafenone.The observation group was treated with the Zhigancao decoction more.Results:The total efficiency of TCM symptoms in the observation group was better(P<0.05).The total efficiency of electrocardiogram in the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine can significantly improve the symptoms,reduce the number of premature beats,with significant effects.
