清热化湿法治疗老年社区获得性肺炎湿热郁肺证35例临床观察

Clinical observation on treating 35 cases of senile community-acquired pneumonia of the Shire Yufei syndrome by the Qingre Huashi therapy

目的:观察清热化湿法治疗老年社区获得性肺炎湿热郁肺证的临床效果。方法:将2014年11月-2015年11月间我院治疗的70例社区获得性肺炎湿热郁肺证老年患者分为两组,治疗组35例应用清热化湿法治疗;对照组35例应用常规疗法治疗。治疗后,比较两组疗效、治疗前后的中医症状积分变化。结果:治疗组的总有效率为91.43%,优于对照组的71.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的咳嗽积分为(1.47±0.17)分,咯痰积分为(1.59±2.38)分、喘息积分为(0.77±0.16)分、发热积分为(0.41±0.09)分,均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热化湿法治疗老年社区获得性肺炎湿热郁肺证的临床疗效显著,具有推广价值。

Objective:To observe clinical effects of the Qingre Huashi therapy on acquired pneumonia of the Shire Yufei syndrome in elderly.Methods:70elderly patients were divided into two groups.35cases in the treatment group were given the Qingre Huashi therapy.35cases in the control group were treated by conventional therapy.Results:The total efficiency was91.43%in the treatment group,and higher than71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).The cough score and expectoration score in the treatment group were(1.47±0.17)and(1.59±2.38)point respectively.The wheezing score was(0.77±0.16)point;and the fever score was(0.41±0.09)point,was significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Qingre Huashi therapy on community-acquired pneumonia of the Shire Yufei syndrome in elderly showed significant effects,and is worthy of application.
